STAY AWAY FROM CARTRACK IF YOU KNOW WHAT IS GOOD FOR YOU.

I have trusted cartrack with my 3 vehicles, and all they have Same tracking Unit and one of cars were ****** 2 weeks back and they failed to recover it ever since and they only phoned me once to tell me they haven't recovered the car and then after there no feedback I am getting from them unless I call.

The day I join they gave me guarantee that if they fail to recover my vehicle they will pay me up to 150k but now that I need to claim some of the amount they promised its an issue, now they say the one car that was ****** does not qualify but the other 2 does qualify, and no one is giving me a straight answer on how it is not qualified cos it is the same tracking unit as the other 2 cars.

People of South Africa if you want a peace of mind stay away from cartrack they are ****** and their service is poor to the last breath trust. All they know they double debit it and when you ask for your money they promise to give it back but they don't and when you reverse the money it's when you receive calls.
