STAY AWAY FROM Cartrack!!!!!!!!

I was involved in a hijacking and kidnapping incident on 02 August 2023. During this time, my friend contacted car track twice after suspecting that i was highjacked. Mind you, this was +-5 hours before the tracker device was deactivated by highjackers. However, Cartrack failed to dispatch units, kept on procrastinating with dumb questions, referrals to their *********** supervisors and deliberately waited for the device to be deactivated. I would never recommend this to anyone!!!!!!!!!

They even failed to provide me with a report clarifying their incompetence, indicating why they could not dispatch their units timeously despite being notified twice of possible hijacking. They had to wait for the tracker device to be deactivated 5 hours after calls made to inform us of device no longer working🚮🚮🚮🚮🚮🚮🚮🚮🚮🚮🚮
