Not even worth 1 star!!!

I have been trying to book a technician for 5 weeks now!! Still cant get one. Every time I phone they tell me the booking have been made and they will call me in 24 hrs. Two days later I will phone again and they will tell me the booking was never made and that they will book it now and so it carries on.

I was initially blacklisted by them because I didn't get my statements every month. I paid the money to take me off the blacklisting 5 weeks ago. When I phoned about a week ago they said that the blacklisting is still on my name and that their system will update in 24hrs. Guess what it still the issue today!!!!!!

I got so gatvol that I asked a lady for a reference number or something I can quote next time I phone again. She said dont worry sir I booked the technician just now and that I can call Client service and confirm the booking. I phoned client services and guess what.....exactly no booking was made!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
