Stay away from Cartrack at all costs
Absolutely the worst company to deal with in SA. Only fitted to my daughters car because insurance insisted on it. Then it stopped working took ages for them to fix. Then sold the car after 2 years and tried cancelling in Sep 2020. I eventually stopped the debit order June 2021. Ive tried explaining to their very rude accounts department people. They don’t listen and they continue to call me and harass me.
I will not fit a car track unit to any of my cars or my fleet. I would rather pay the higher insurance premium.

Absolutely useless, brainless idiots that work at this company. The only reason they exist is because insurance companies insist on people fitting their units. There is no other way they would still be in business otherwise.

On the 27th The Cartrack Team rep**** to me above, they have done absolutely nothing since. Yesterday at around 1pm they finally sent me a cancelation letter and then they called me again at around 16:30 to ask why I am not paying them! They have no idea what they are doing.
DO NOT SIGN UP WITH CARTRACK. RATHER PAY THE EXTRA INSURANCE WHICH ACTUALLY DOESNT WORK OUT THAT MUCH ANYWAY. THIS COMPANY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND IF IT WASNT FOR INSURANCE COMPANIES INSISTING YOU USE THEM, THEY WOULD BE OUT OF BUSINESS.
THEY DO NOT EVEN DESERVE THE ONE STAR I GAVE THEM
