Stay away from Cartrack

Cartrack was unable to track my vehicle. They blame the customer for all sorts of things , instead of doing the right thing. Their TRACKERS ARE FAULTY. No early warning when battery gets disconnected. NO TAMPERING Alert when device is removed. A company that has no clue what is happening in any of their departments . They can't sort out anything. They threaten you with legal action when they have already handed you over . What a great S. C. A. M . You pay for a service, a device that do not work, and blame the customer, and then threaten legal action if you are not willing to continue with their service. They will make sure to get the maximum out of you even though they are at fault. TAKE NO RESPONSIBILITY. What service are you paying for exactly? They blame the service technician for removing the device, blame me for tampering and insist that I drained the battery on their backup. Nothing wrong with the backup, voltage was still fine. PLEASE BE AWARE,THE BACKUP HAS NO WAY OF CHARGING ITSELF. FIRSTLY COULD NOT LOCATE IT BECAUSE OF BA*****T WALLS. SECONDLY A FAULTY TRACKER . SO MUCH FOR A BACKUP. If anyone is interested I will put their devices on Marketplace DO BETTER CARTRACK
