Stay away from Cartrack
I have been busy with this company since the beginning of March. They were supposed to install the correct device for the premium I wanted. They kept deducting the wrong premium which is almost double that I wanted. I then stopped the debit order because they kept on deducting. I eventually got to a "team leader" - Dimekatso. She was supposed to sort this mess out and phone ne back... needless to say it has been 2 weeks again and nothing.
Today on a Sunday they debited my account for R39.
I am sick and tired of this company!!! Spare yourself all the frustration and stay away from these people. Hopefully this will be sorted and cancelled in this year still!

Deducting premium almost double that I must pay and when you want to cancel they tell you you can't, you have to pay a R2600 cancelation fee!!! Even if they break their part of the agreement!!! Don't do business with this company! Stay away!!!
