STAY AWAY FROM CARTRACK

I will try and keep it short five years ago I had car track and was useless never worked and call center agents could never give me instant feedback CAN WE CALL YOU BACK IN 15 MIN and never do and what if your car is ****** its gone for sure, read numerous complaint's about that and the app that does not work, the tracker drained two battery's in two years known issue with them ,cancelled and paid the penalty fee and three years later they call me daily Monday to Sunday some mornings as early as 7 am and they don't even talk to you really bored with them Selfs and crazy to call you so early and not even speak. escalated this issue thousands of time in the process a agent swore me and my family what a joke of a company STAY AWAY Tracker don't work ,customer service from hell ,please don't ever make the msiatke i made ,they upsetting why call and not speak .
