Stay away from Cartrack

Cartrack is full of psychotic deranged harassing employees. Don't open an account with them else you will live to regret it. On the in March 2018 I entered into a 3 year contract with CarTrack. Their Terms and conditions explicitly mention that weeks before the contract expired they are suppose to inform the client. They never reached out to me, instead they continued to ***** with impunity from me for almost 2 years. When I realised the *****ting I stopped the debit order and that when the harrasment calls started. I called them and I pointed them to the clause that says if a client has stopped payment they should cease all services and keep it moving, also the other clause that says they were suppose to alert me of the incoming end of contract and inform me of how that will impact the benefits they were part of the 3 year contract. Instead of giving me a straight answer they took me from one deranged employee to the next until I exhaustd all my airtime. Soon after I got a threatning letter that is supposely from their lawyers demanding that I pay the R482 or else they gonna take me to court. Yes all of this harrasment for R482. The reason I initially refused to pay was because I could see the ****ming that is going on and was determined to fight for what is right. As you know there is no reasoning with brainless deranged bunch of idiots, so paid the R482 and sent the evidence to *** and ***. Sello emailed back saying that I still owe R341.95. I asked him where he was pulling this amount caused I paid the R482 as per the threatning email from Sheila Nkabinde. I demanded a full breakdown of the amounts I owe and an explaination of how I continue to owe them when I have cancelled the account and also received the cancellation letter. Today according to the derangers I owe R142. My question is what was the purpose of a 36 months contract if I am unknowingly entered into an enternal contract. I dont need an apology. Just stop wit the harrasment and delete my number from your database. On my end I will use all social media platforms and warm people about Cartrack
