Stay away from Cartrack

I’ve app**** for for Cartrack and the arranged with me to install it on a Thursday and they just never pitched to installed it. After a call back they eventually installed it two days later.

How ever two weeks later I’m following my vehicle on the app and saw it is about 30km away from my yard just to see it turning into the gate at the same time. The free 360 life app is much more accurate than cartack and all their technology.

I phoned them to find out why their tracking is not accurate and was promised a call back within a few minutes with a report! Two hours later still now call back and obviously no reason why they were so far of the spot with the whereabouts of my vehicle. Oh yes and while I was on the phone with the operator the location they had was the same as the location of their app so they had no idea where my vehicle was at that moment.

My advice stay as far away from cartrack as possible, it doesn’t seem if they have any idea what they are supposed to do. I can not afford to not know where my vehicle is at any stage of its journey, after all that is why I pay to have a tracker in my vehicle….
