Stay away cartrack
I am left without words for the inconvenience that Cartrack has caused me and my family. I upgraded to the camera system and asked many times if my battery is big enough. With hopes that they know their jobs they said it's fine and I got it installed. Now I have to call roadside assist everytime I switch off because the cameras are running my battery down. They are refusing to remove it and refusing to help me. I also had to pay an increased debt order. I am appalled by this service. Stay away from Cartrack they probably instal without knowledge of battery life now I am left to purchase a new battery because of this! Disappointing service

10 Feb 2026, 18:53There has been no communication since 13:27. No outcome. I have sent 2 emails to MANAGEMENT staff and they do not respond. I have Faheem who is my broker the only consistent person trying to sort this out and calling me back after work hours to apologise.
Cartrack incorrectly made an appointment today and minutes later canceled for tomorrow but this has been going on from the 5th or even before.
No resolution no commitment no customer service !
