statements of my account

I have taken cover with car track and cancelled after 3 years of initial contract but came back to me and told I owe them R7000 AND THEY HAVE HANDED ME OVER.iVE REQUESTED FOR HE STATEMENTS SINCE INCEPTION BUT WAS ONLY GIVEN STATEMENTS FROM 2018 WHICH I only want statements from inception of cover and for which vehicles.The debt collectrs only informed me of the covered vehicles that I owe but the year given was incorrect as at that time i didnt have the said covered vehicle
