Start prevent issue

I have been using Cartrack for some time, but I am very disappointed with the Start Prevent feature. While I understand its purpose for security, I now cannot access the button to deactivate it on the app, it says “ something went wrong “ and shows an error code CT1507, this has left me stranded. It’s extremely inconvenient and frustrating, especially when I need to use my car. I believe Cartrack should improve the app functionality and ensure customers can reliably access this feature when needed. Until then, the Start Prevent feels more like an inconvenience than a safety feature.
