Staff service good, equipment suspect.

I would like to review Zandile April. She was professional, courteous and helpful, however I'd like to use this opportunity to raise a few points. 1. I find it irritating that every time I call for a position on my car I have to go through all my details, why not introduce a code that can be given to verify one. 2. Many time your staff have to call back because the system is not responding, I find this concerning what if the call is an emergency. 3. I query the accuracy of your equipment, earlier this week I call for a position on my car, I was told the car was in Benoni when in actual fact it was in Sonneveld Brakpan, again what if is was an emergency. Although your staff are generally good I feel your equipment is suspect.
