Spiteful consultant at Cartrack

I have been using Username MASH08250 for the past 3years now until the consultant with the name quoted on the subject head decided to be spiteful and make an additional username for me because I do not want to do things his way.

I will refer to Tshilidzi Sebyetseba as the consultant while I continue writing.

The consultant decided at one stage that my account be moved from personal account to coporate account and told me nothing would change except that additionally I would be able to write an email instead of phoning in, therefore I agreed for him to change my account.

Ever since the move I have been battling to get service from Cartrack on time as the consultant does not attend to my emails timeously, that results in me trying to phone in get service from the relevant department of any specified query at that moment.

These different departments seldom assist as they mostly advise that I must log a query via email, which does not work for me as I don't get prompt assistance.

I therefore asked Mr Tshilidzi Sebyetseba to revert my account back to personal accounts as I am inconvenienced by the way the coporate account works.

I had to write about 3 different emails before he agreed to change my accounts. He eventually promised that in 30 minutes time my account would be back to personal accounts instead of corporate accounts.

30 minutes later he writes an email to me justifying that he had decided to make an additional account for me. This is inconveniencing for me as now I am unable to view cars in one account, I must log in and out of the app depending which vehicles I want to keep track on.

In the experience I have dealt with this consultant I find him very arrogant, spiteful and he does not show any remorse when addressing queries.

Please rebuke this consultant and remove him from any dealings regarding my accounts in future.

Please fix my accounts by placing all vehicles in one account under personal accounts NOT COPORATE ACCOUNTS. I do not need excuses.

My original account is MASH08250, now I have been given an additional account which is MASH12566, this is a headache I do not need.
