Soooooooo annoyed and unsafe

I hate it!!! The happy button service is the worst. Multiple times I use their services to no avail or response. . I am literally stuck by bree taxi rank side. . The most dangerous place ever! !! Am harassed by hobos on my window side and all I received from this ppl is a reference number. .WOW!!!! We pay for ******* yagi. ..
