Soo disappointed and very angry with cartrack

I have been with car track for 12 yrs with my first car, and i decided to add my second car again, the consultant insisted/force me to change my 12yrs contract and take the same package as my second car. now i sold my first car when i called them...they saying to me i have to pay R2600 fee after being with them for 12yrs....and i didn't want to change my 12yrs contact. i do not have that money, i'm so angry and disappointed with them after being faithful for 12yrs. .i never claimed for anything since i joined...and my second car is still with them. .but they being rude to me over the phone, they saying they don't care if i was with them for 12yrs.
