Sometimes after setting up carwatch if they try to call and noone picks up,they don't make means to follow up about the car's whereabouts

Sometimes after setting up carwatch if they try to call and noone picks up,they don't make means to follow up about the car's whereabouts. When they call they just ask 1 question, if you answer they hangup..so what's gonna happen in an even where they *****ing my car and they take me with? Overall m not happy with cartrack service.
