Sold on a lie: false 20% insurance discount, then a broken refund promise

Misled into buying a CarTrack dashcam with a false promise of 20% off my car insurance. Turned out to be a lie – I have the recorded call to prove it.

The sales agent admitted she was wrong. Her manager promised a full refund and dashcam collection. That was last week. Still no refund, no collection, no confirmation, just more empty promises.

Avoid unless you enjoy chasing for answers.
