so when will a technician install the tracker?

I saw the ad on facebook and I filled in the form. days went by and no callback. I filled in the form again with the same result. I decided to call them directly and still nothing. after weeks of this,

i app**** again and took my complaints to their social media page. I get a response that an agent from call center will be in touch and low and behold an agent finally calls. I go throw the process of giving all my personal details and signing up for a package. I was told the cape town branch will be in touch. never heard from them so I took the complaining back to their social media page.

again, I was told the call center will be in touch. the call center calls me with the cape town branch on the line. I get patched through and branch agent tells me a technician will be dispatched to me 8 am the following day to install the tracker.

the next day at 8 am no technician in sight. I get a call at 8h49 telling the technician that was supposed to come through didn't show up for work. I was promised a technician will be available to come at 12noon. so I waited. 12 noon no technician and that has been the experience. It is now 4 pm and still no response to numerous calls and complaints. now they don't even respond to me on social media. that is just horrible service. after all that still no tracker installed. wow.....
