So dissapointed

i am so dissapointed with cartrack, they won't locate your car and recover it when you are owing them... i feel you just care about money and not your clients... at least locate and recover my car ...keep it until i pay what i am owing.... i was even told that i can lose my car worth R150,000.00 even if i am owing R200....
