Slower than a snail

I am really not happy with the lack of feedback from two cases that we had. In the first case our vehicle was ******, but was recovered by the police a few hours later. We informed Cartrack, but I kept on receiving sms's for almost a week that our vehicle has not been recovered even though we reported numerous times to Cartrack that the vehicle was recovered.

In the second case our vehicle was involved in an accident and we recovered the Cartrack camera on the scene and handed it in at Cartrack Bloemfontein so that they can retrieve the footage about the accident. It is now a week later and I am still waiting. Getting feedback is really a struggle and a big frustration.
