Slow response

<p>I was followed by an unknown car and pressed the "panic button"... i drove for a further 5 minutes and ended up on my street and i hooted constantley and the car reversed and disappeared. Car track them called me 15 minutes later!!! Is this a standard or guideline from your control room?</p>
