Since Thursday my cartrack app is not working, my carwatch and accident button don't work, only button that works is for new service

Since Thursday my cartrack app is not working, my carwatch and accident button don't work, only button that works is for new service. I'm shocked at the attitude that the last supervisor i spoke too, rude and arrogant, definitely don't need to be a supervisor/manager. Since tursday is conside myself with no functioning app and excuses with service. Can't give me straight answers to what's happening. I feel a bunch of uninformed idiots working at cartrack sad to say.
