Despite sending multiple emails requesting the cancellation of my agreement, their response has been inadequate. Instead of addressing my request, they persistently call and send letters, insisting that my payment is one month overdue. This situation has become increasingly frustrating, and I urge them to take my cancellation request seriously and resolve this matter promptly.
