Sickening service!

Car track is the worst tracking service I have ever ever associated myself with and their non recovery warranty is a huge ****!! I had a vehicle hijacking in January and car track never recovered the vehicle and never paid out a cent for non recovery, they advised me that I missed debit order so they cannot payout the warranty (BEWARE THE FINE PRINT) I accepted it for that particular vehicle. To rectify the problem I changed my banking details and I have not missed a payment since then. In July another vehicle of mine was ****** and not recovered by car track, once again they refused to pay the non recovery warranty, they once again use the same reasoning, yet I have no missed payments, further to this, they advise that they measure clients on a quarterly basis to payout claims, the first quarter has ended in April and I have never missed a payment for the new quarter, then they come with excuses that we need to call them to test the unit! Yet I view my vehicles on a daily basis they still want a phone call. they are a tracking company that is supposed to be monitoring our vehicles it’s they job! That’s what the monthly subscription is for! It’s quite pathetic how they exploit people and make excuses to avoid paying out what is owed to people, I have occurred loss on two vehicles due to the lack of service from car track as well as false advertising regarding the non recovery warranty, I would advise everyone to be very careful when dealing with this company.
