Sick of this company. I want out

I was involved in an accident on the 6 of September 2020. My car was written off. I asked car track to deinstall and reinstall my unit. Two months later my new car still doesn't have the unit. They first said could not get hold of the auction place where my car was I then called the place and made the appointment for them. They still didn't go.
