Sick and tired

I had a tracking device installed in two of my vehicles last year by Cartrack. My experience with cartrack has been horrible. Everytime I want to track one of my vehicles, they wont be able to give me the correct location. Instead they will promise to call me back but never keep to the promise. A week ago, we had intruders in our yard and they tried to ***** one of my vehicles, they were messing around the battery with the wires....mind you,I never received any alert from cartrack. When I called them in the morning, they told me that both my devices were inactive. Alright, so for full 7 months I have been paying this company with no service from them, absolutely no service. They say its my fault that I ddnt check with them. This had to be a joke. So I keep pressing my panick button...dololo call,or sms. And then I reverse their debit order...wow now I get a call. So all they are interested in,is our monies and just that.
