Shockingly inept

Absolutely shocking customer care. Their contact center staff are inept and it feels like purposely say their name so fast so you can’t hear it allowing them to constantly transfer you to someone else.

I was transferred 6 times and no one can help… let me transfer you again.

I would not recommend them at all! I cannot believe their trust rating it’s probably skewed due to their sales reps who talk a good game and the initial installation is great but once you actually need help it all goes down the toilet.

Read the reviews properly try to contact their call center for anything random before signing up and my point will be proven.
