Shocking Shrewd Bunch

I was mislead thinking the monthly payments was on a month to month basis and that I could cancel anytime by giving one month’s notice but it turned out to be they market their product as a monthly payment of R99/m but lock you into a contract of at least 3 years, and you’ll have to settle the outstanding balance if you want to cancel or sell your car. I am a pensioner and advised them to cancel my policy but they are now phoning me from different phone numbers, even at 7 on a Sunday morning, and processing different debit order amounts to my bank account.
