Shocking service and follow through..!

<p>When I sold my car early in 2013, I cancelled my CARTRACK contract, and as instructed by the consultant I spoke to, did so in writing.</p> <p> </p> <p>Now, almost 3 years down the line, I am still receiving threatening SMS about legal action because I have not paid my CARTRACK account! When contacting MBD or CAPITAL DATA, the company tasked with recovering the funds, I am either faced with having to deal with a poorly trained consultant who has no record of any previous interaction with their company, or even worse, am given a "deal" offer which is never sent to me after a number of verbal confirmations..! Theis is absolutely the best case scenario, as it is virtually impossible to get hold of MBD/CAPITAL DATA on the number contained in their threatening SMS's and the number just rings 3 or 4 times and then cuts off...</p> <p> </p> <p>CATRACK, MBD and CAPITAL DATA your ineptitude is damaging your reputation, soert this out!</p>
