Shocking service

Service received from Cartrack was absolutely shocking to a point that I even cancelled my contract I spoke to several employees from Cartrack including team leaders they all promise to call you back, but no one calls you back I constantly had to call to date I still do not have any final confirmation on my account. The service is pathetic they just don't care.
