Shocking service

Very unhappy with service. I signed up yesterday, paid almost R3000 immediately debited off my account. Was told the tracking units would be installed at 8am today (17 Jan) I made arrangements to have both vehicles waiting for the installation. Been phoning from 9am this morning to query the installation to get told that installation will only be done on 7 Feb now, even though I was told this morning that a tech would be here between 10am and 4pm today.
