I have a cartrack tracker installed in my car. I was in the process of selling that car so I called Cartracker to arrange that the tracker be moved to the new car. They told me that there will be a re installation fee of +- R800 and that is fine with me. They told me that someone will be in contact to arrange the re installation. 2 months later and 8 calls to Cartrack an many emails and still no one has made any contact to arrange the re install. Best of all is they deducted the +- R800 24 hour after I requested the re install and I have paid for 2 months but don't have tracker in my new car. Shocking Serves from all at Cartrack.
