Shocking customer service
I posted a review 2 weeks ago about how terrible Cartrack's service has been and how I'm still waiting for a refund 5 from them 5 months later. Yet again, they responded with "We will be in touch with you" and yet AGAIN, no one has contacted me. I would never recommend Cartrack to anyone, ever, and I'll keep posting these until I get a response because people deserve to know how pathetic Cartrack has treated us since joining them.
