Shocked by rude agent
Today at 07:19 I received a call from a rude lady, she woke me up just to be rude then put the phone down on my ear, I'm from a night shift someone just decides to call & hung up when I asked how I can help, i then called the same number which is *** and spoke to a Abraham who assisted me to get the lady's name her name is WASILA DAVIDS, I've been receiving nothing but a great customer service from you guys until today, due to this I will be searching for another car tracking company that treats their customers with respect. Thanks to Wasila i no longer need your services.

25 Oct 2023, 09:24She must leave her problems at home, how can you call a client at 7am to take out your frustrations, I'm still waiting for a resolution and also shopping for another company, Beamer,Crack have already gave me a quote & is way less than you guys, it's not worth it staying with a company that has rude agents nxaa!!
