sheer incompetence - should be closed down

1. You STILL haven't refunded me the 2000 you owe me for double-debiting me for one vehicle. 2. You are STILL cyberstalking the new owner of that vehicle. 3. You still have not removed the cyberstalking unit from that vehicle. 4. You still have not cancelled by contract. 5. I reported this stuff to you last April/May, it is almost a year later. 6. You do not answer email. What is wrong with you??
