How dare Cartrack allegedly allow managers to pressure sick employees into coming to work? If the reports are true that an employee was forced to work while ill and subsequently died, then this is a disgrace and a complete failure of leadership.

No job is worth a human life. South African labour laws exist to protect workers, not to be overridden by abusive management practices.

Cartrack owes Gcina's family answers, accountability, and genuine remorse. Every manager involved should be investigated, and the company's treatment of junior staff urgently reviewed.

As a customer, I will be taking my business elsewhere. No monthly debit order is worth supporting a company linked to such deeply disturbing allegations.
