Shady company

Payment was made 22 August and to date payment isn't updated. They've been debiting 4 times for a paid amount which puts my account in negative balance and get charged for it. The call center agents are RUDE. They don't provide reference numbers and I've asked for my call recording that gave me the sales call for over two years. Still don't have it. They say it doesn't exist. They don't state I'll be in a contract for 3 whole years. There's alot going on in the shady company
