Hi, I had a problem with my ex stalking me, using my Cartrack App to track me where ever I went. At some point I started feeling uneasy and unsafe due to knowing that he is a violent person, which was the reason i left to begin with. I contacted Cartrack about my problem and they did their best to assist me. My tracker account was in my ex's name, and he was refusing to cancel it. He managed to change my details within a small space of time as he understood the depth of my problem.
