Severe Institutional Ineptitude

They didn’t call us back as promised. Spent 5 hour and 41 minutes dealing with one vehicle. We wasted all our contract minutes calling them, and when we asked if they could call us back they refused. Furthermore we were **** to: we were informed that the scheduling department would still be open until 19h00, but they had closed by the time we called at 17h33 while we were waiting for them to get their house in order. We called seven times and dealt with 6 different departments try to get things resolved and the issue is still not fixed.
