Worst ever in customer care, execution, dealing with customers and handling matters.

Been with them for years, nothing gets done when reported and do not take time to listen to customer concerns or challenges. You get a different rep every step in matters and loop for years while they keep charging you.

Had two gagdets installed recently and one has never worked, despite raising that, i informed Cartrack that i was unable to use the service and they told me they can see it from their end. I said but as the user i cannot access they told me to pay a fee to change as the service i had opted for was like that. Which was not true.
