Service is fast & good

Service is fast & good . The only problem is that since I sold my other car ( Nissan Impendolo , HDM 977 L ) 6 months ago Cartrack promised me to take out the tracker unit and put it on my new car . They keep on promising to send technicians even today no one came and I am still paying tracker for the car that I sold 6 months ago . I am really disappointed about these matter . Can someone help me to resolve the matter please !
