Service has not even started and already been left in the dark!

Definitly dissapointed in Cartrack's service... Our services has not even started and already dissapointed...

Took the day off work to be home so Cartrack can come install their device, first technician would've came at 11am, got a sms that he won't be able to make it but they are sending someone else that will be here at 12:40pm. It's now 1pm and still no show!

If they don't even have technicians to install their unit how will they have people to respond to vehicle theft?!

This is a terrible way of starting business!
