Service from hell

Cartrack deducted money from my account without my knowledge of approval, when they called me, I told them I'll pay that amount but they should just cancel my account, that was in December, after numerous calls they only sent me a cancelation form today and told me I must wait a notice (another notice) and i will be owing double what I am owing today. I don't think I have hated a company like I do with cartrack, I liked them and I worked with them for years, but today... They showed me a side I didn't know.
