Ever since I tried using the Cartrack camera unit my experience with Cartrack has been **********. I've never had a complaint with them before but now it's been nightmare after nightmare. The call centre staff have been absolute garbage and transferring me to incorrect departments when they don't have a solution for my problem. Please come and take your useless camera unit and remove the invoice for it because that thing hasn't worked for a second since it was installed.
