I am being harassed by this company day in day out, why do they force people to use their services instead of just deactivating their system. I had a contract with them since 2020 which even exceeded their 3 years we need to serve. I have signed on with another company for better services and they calling me non stop and forcing me to pay for services I don’t need anymore. I have requested for my call recording which they did send however there’s nothing on the contract that stipulate I have to serve other notices after the 3 years
