I was battling with Cartrack last week regarding the track. I bought a new vehicle and wanted them to transfer it to my new vehicle. When speaking to the agent, they advised i must pay a fee of R800 to reinstall in new car or R900 for cancellation fee. I was very upset, because nobody advised/explained to me why.
Today I spoke to Mpho and she explained to me and I then understood why the big amounts. Mpho gave me good service. Thanks alot Mpho.
