2 months ago i’ve complained about Car track device not working in one of my cars, they came and fixed it. Guess what the very same car its not tracking on the app… call them they kept on transferring my call to every Tom, **** and harry! And one of the guys told me they cannot be on a call for long because its an emergency call centre while i said he must wait i wanted to confirm the drivers whereabouts with the car! Then to find out where the car is its not where their tracker shows the car is…. This is the **** service again and the unprofessional call centre people nxa!!!
