Security Breach

So last month my ex girlfriend managed to track my car by calling in through the call center and getting my location and sent people to come and threaten me. Now this is a breach of security as there is no special instruction that states that she can call in to track my car... I've been calling in to lay a complaint about this but no one seems to help and the call center agents are so ***********. I trusted this company but people are not safe with such carelessness and I'm gonna take this higher coz my life is at risk and no one is doing anything
