Second review. Same *********** result

Got a call after first review. Seems like this is the only way for them to take you serious. I have two vehicles one was ****** but still got debited the same amount. Had to reverse the debit order while tried to contact them. The only communication I received was emails from Innocentia Nyaba, Lodwich Masho and Lelethu Gqwabaza, only stating that my account was in arrears and disregarding my enquiry of the incorrect amount being debited from my account.
